1. Organizing daily schedules, appointments & meetings
2. Taking charge of tasks with loyalty towards the organization with full responsibility for the completion of the tasks
3. Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents
4. Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
5. Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
6. Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
7. Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives
8. Helping prepare for meetings
9. Recording minutes accurately from meetings
10. Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
11. Reading and analyzing incoming memos, and submissions, and distributing them as needed
12. Making travel arrangements
13. Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
14. Providing general administrative support
15. Coordinating with the internal team
16. Developing new systems and processes in the company as per the training
17. Updating MIS and getting followups from the sales team
18. Carrying out any other work assigned by reporting manager
Requirements:
1. Good knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Google Sheets, Google Forms
2. Effective communication skills (written and verbal) - both English and Hindi
3. Technically strong and smart
4. Willingness to learn and contribute to the key results of the organization
5. Dynamic-willing and able to multi-task
6. Easy adaptability to internal systems
7. Stability of working with organizational systems and getting numerous growth opportunities
8. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
9. Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
10. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
11. Professional level verbal and written communications skills
