Personal Executive Assistant Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on running business errands & personal errands and maintaining ongoing business/work files
2. Provide executive and administrative support to the manager in all required tasks and act as a mediator between external clients and customers, employees, and the manager to convey information
3. Attend phone calls and take messages on behalf of the manager
4. Screen emails and letters that are received before passing them to the manager if necessary
5. Schedule appointments and set up venues for the same
6. Coordinate all travel arrangements when required
7. Work on taking notes and minutes of meetings
8. Work on creating reports using information and data provided for presentation
9. Maintain an efficient filing system
10. Maintain an inventory of all office supplies and regularly ensure they are stocked
