Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and related technologies
2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
3. Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features
4. Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications
5. Optimize web applications for performance and scalability
6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
7. Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
8. Communicate project status, issues, and progress to team members and stakeholders

Probation:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 160000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 20000 /year

3. Other incentives: ₹20000 /year
