Key responsibilities:

1. Perform duties as a PE & sports trainer at partner schools & academies of CoachDirect
2. Follow the given coaching plans and update the daily status of reports
3. Conduct student assessments, tournaments, and other activities for the growth of students

Skills & Requirements:

1. Bachelors in physical education (BPED) degree is preferred
2. Alternatively, we also consider candidates with a sports background

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹19,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,80,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
