About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Preparing and delivering lectures, lessons, and other educational materials to students in a clear and engaging manner for students of classes 11 and 12 for JEE/NEET/MH-CET
2. Developing and implementing lesson plans, course syllabus, and instructional materials that align with the learning objectives of the course
3. Providing individualized instruction to students who need extra help or attention
4. Evaluating student performance through exams, assignments, and other assessments, and providing constructive feedback to help students improve
5. Advising and mentoring students, both academically and personally
6. Providing guidance on career paths, graduate programs, and other opportunities
7. Counseling parents
