About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the development and integration of a new electric powertrain for vehicles
2. Understand the vehicle requirements and optimize the vehicle performance w.r.t to different requirements
3. Analyze and define powertrain system requirements
4. Work with different types of motor controllers & motors for performance optimization
5. Handle the system troubleshooting and problem identification
6. Define, capture, analyze and interpret the measurement data
7. Handle a different kinds of testing related to powertrain functionalities
8. Categorize and prioritize vehicle and software functionalities
9. Work with vehicle testing team for performance improvement and powertrain calibration
10. Handle the preparation of technical specifications and DVPs, FMEA, and SORs

Other requirements

Qualification: Bachelors/Master’s in electrical/electronics/automobile engineering

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the automotive industry mainly in electric vehicles

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the electric powertrain are a must

Knowledge of different motor and their control system working is required

Knowledge of vehicle-level testing and calibration

Should have strong knowledge of embedded systems and different control software technologies

Experience working with Canalize, CAN, AUTOSAR

Knowledge of vehicle level integration and different sensor technologies

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
