Experience: 2-4 yrs
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute paid social media strategies to meet campaign objectives
2. Create, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
3. Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to target the right audience for each campaign
4. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with campaign goals
5. Set up and monitor campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI, using analytics tools
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social media advertising to drive innovation and competitive advantage
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
2. Proven work experience as a Paid Social Specialist or similar role
3. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising formats, targeting options, and best practices
4. Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social media advertising platforms
5. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant reporting platforms
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
