Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify potential leads through research, prospecting, and cold calling
2. Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively articulate their features and benefits to potential learners
3. Engage with prospective learners via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and challenges
4. Provide support to the sales team throughout the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to help position our offerings effectively
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system
