We're looking to onboard an enthusiastic and passionate pre-sales executive in our team who is passionate about working in a growing software products company. The candidate will be responsible for customer-critical business requirements and provide appropriate solutions as per business needs.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work and familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company
2. Assist the proposal manager in creating or editing a proposal document
3. Identify and re-work existing pre-written content which is relevant to the current
proposal
4. Respond to the potential customers' questions and send additional information per email
5. Explain and demonstrate to features of products and services
6. Identify new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users potentially
7. Work on RFP/RFI document
8. Provide the demo and conduct the POC
9. Submit bids and create proposals for both government and enterprise clients
10. Understand the services and solutions offered by the company
11. Communicate with potential promoters and top management on the services and solutions
12. Help the sales team to reach targets
13. Conduct research into the industry including competitor research
14. Work and encourage clients to buy extras, upgrades, etc.
15. Identify business opportunities in global and domestic markets
16. Identify and analyze prospective customers
Requirements:
1. A degree in BTECH/MCA or any other technical graduate degree/postgraduate (computer science graduates will be preferred for the position)
2. Familiar with Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
3. Proficiency in written & verbal English
4. Presentation skills with excellent business communication skills
5. Problem-solving abilities
6. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
7. Conflict resolution and technical skills
Additional information:
1. You'll work in an office environment, but will travel as and when required within the day for face-to-face meetings with customers and other business partners.
2. You'll be expected to dress smartly, especially for meetings, though slightly more relaxed business casual attire may be acceptable at other times.
3. Depending on the type of business, overnight or overseas travel may be required.
