We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Presales Specialist to play a key role in driving business growth. This role is critical in aligning customer needs with tailored solutions, contributing to business growth and success.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare detailed and customized proposals and presentations that address client needs.
2. Work closely with technical and business teams to gather business inputs for proposals.
3. Follow up on leads from the sales team and track their progress through the sales pipeline.
4. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to prioritize high-potential opportunities.
5. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients.
6. Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with customer expectations.
7. Conduct product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs for clients.
8. Keep updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
9. Provide inputs for product improvement and positioning based on client feedback.
10. Establish and optimize processes for managing presales activities.
11. Develop templates, tools, and best practices to enhance productivity.

Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or a related role.
2. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
3. Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple leads and deadlines.
5. Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams effectively
