Probationary Engineer - Sales & Marketing Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain the group products (precision components) to customers
2. Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and monitoring deliveries with the execution team
3. Engaging with end customers/OEMs directly, if possible, to ensure quick response to inquiries
4. Helping customers who have problems with their current sourcing and recommending improved & better options
5. Soliciting and logging customer feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers
6. Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management & internal teams
7. Setting and achieving sales goals and objectives
8. Pursuing new avenues for sales e.g., alternate uses & applications for precision components
