Process Associate – Operations/Diagnostics Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling operations related to the backend by coordinating with clients and In-house
2. Managing the backend process such as appointment confirmations, reports, escalations, and executions
3. Working on end-to-end backend support to operations inquiries, confirmation follow-ups with clients, SOD and EOD report preparation, logistics, weekly reports
4. Working closely with clients, corporate customers, and internal stakeholders for appointment confirmation, and reports and ensuring timely action of completing tasks at hand
5. Building and developing relationships with existing and new clients

Requirements:

1. Well-versed in MS Office Suite such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations
2. The candidate should be self-motivated with their own initiatives and flexible to accommodate new responsibilities as and when the role demands
3. A graduate or any degree with at least 0 -3 years of experience in frontend or backend operations roles
4. Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi

Note: An operations associate is responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks to support the organization's daily operations. An operations associate must have excellent organizational skills to perform various duties for different business functions under the supervision of an operations manager. Key success metrics for this role: confirmation TAT, reports TAT, escalation handling TAT.
