Process Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve 100% target assigned on a daily and weekly basis
2. Achieve <99.00% accuracy as per the SLA
3. Follow the process adherence
4. Work on compliance with policies and procedures
5. Know existing and new updates about the process

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
2. Problem-solving
3. Decision making
4. Teamwork
5. Analytical ability
6. Exhibit good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit
7. Good typing skills
8. Basic knowledge of e-commerce
9. Flexible with shifts
10. Experience and education: 0 1 year and diploma/any graduate
