Process Consultant Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize financial measures and analysis of operational impacts to evaluate the cost and benefits of current processes and identification of potential areas for improvement
2. Work on data gathering financial and non-financial, qualitative and quantitative; interviewing skills with good observation
3. Work on data analysis financial and non-financial, qualitative and quantitative
4. Assist with the analysis and preparation of recommendations that will drive greater productivity, reduce waste, or eliminate duplication
5. Work with operational team members to understand processes, root causes, and outcomes
6. Create metrics and audit processes to ensure established goals are met and process improvements are sustained
7. Organize and facilitate meetings with department-specific BPI teams (those focused on incremental improvements) in order to share ideas, discuss opportunities and provide support
8. Partner with business leaders to maintain ongoing communication regarding improvement opportunities
9. Gather benchmarking data
10. Coordinate responses to benchmarking surveys
11. Organize and communicate data in a manner that conveys a succinct and compelling concept
12. Plan, manage, and execute small to medium size process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

1. Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, and audit
2. 0-1 years experience in an accounting or finance role
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
4. Working with full knowledge of full audit
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Attention to detail and accuracy
7. CA and have a good knowledge of audit, internal audit
