1. Work on being the first line of contact for the business and sales team for any technical issues/questions
2. Manage multiple tasks and issues simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment
3. Translate analytical insights into actionable changes or initiatives to improve the product
4. Constantly monitor critical product metrics using BI tools
5. Act as a product evangelist by documenting new product features and educating the business teams about the same
6. Constantly learn about new methodologies in the web tech & ad tech industry, and take initiatives for new products or improvisation of existing products
7. Troubleshoot & solve product problems proactively with logical problem-solving skills in an accurate manner
Requirements:
1. Experience 0 to 4 years
2. Graduate in IT background (BE/BSc IT/ BCA)
3. Sound knowledge of database systems (SQL)
4. Should be well-versed with different database tools to extract, load, and transform data from & to multiple data sources
5. Sound knowledge of Excel, networking & web technologies
