About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide support for the clients and users of the application
2. Collect new requirements from the clients, document them, and communicate them with the development team
3. Coordinate the development
4. Test and verify the requirement after completion of delivery
5. Manage the user subscriptions
6. Generate reports as required
7. Address & document user issues
8. Work on product documentation
9. Support the team with any necessary backend tasks
10. Create wireframes with both low and high fidelity
