1. Create vessel configurations
2. Carry out and oversee installations on board
3. Work in the support team to provide product support and assistance to customers
4. Maintain documentation for all support activities including product development, enhancement, engineering, and marketing activities
5. Provide product training to staff and customers
6. Develop knowledge bases and FAQs for product support activities
7. Document support activities, customer issues, and resolutions for reference purposes
8. Develop training materials and conduct trainings for new hires
9. Maintain the status of trials and existing live subscriptions
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Marine Engineer or Deck officer junior rank preferred for Tech SME
2. 0-2 Years Experience in a similar role
