Summary:
Seeking Production Engineers for 3D printing innovation. Enhance processes, manage equipment, ensure quality, and drive efficiency in 3D printing.
Key responsibilities:
1. Process Enhancement: Optimize 3D printing methods and workflows while ensuring standards compliance
2. Equipment Management: Design, test, and oversee 3D printing machinery. Maintain and calibrate systems
3. Quality and Productivity: Develop work instructions, focus on quality, and ensure smooth engineering-to-production transitions
4. Cost Analysis: Calculate production costs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
5. Maintenance and Reliability: Collaborate for equipment reliability and implement maintenance programs
6. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, lead change management, and drive continuous improvement
7. Project Oversight: Manage process changes and equipment upgrades. Support new product launches
Requirements:
1. Experience: upto 2 years in manufacturing, with 3D printing focus, fresher's are welcomed too.
2. Skills: preferrable to have Proficiency in 3D printing software and equipment,manufacturing and mould design knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar is similarly preferred.. Strong Microsoft Office skills.
3. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for effective collaboration.
4. Problem-solving: Analyze data and recommend 3D printing solutions.
5. Adaptability: Manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
6. Safety: Committed to safety and compliance.
7. Sourcing: Identify and source vendors for various project assessories and requirements.
