Production Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize the production efficiency
2. Oversee the production process, from raw materials to finished products, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
3. Ensure that production processes are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner
4. Hire, train, and supervise production staff, providing direction and feedback as needed
5. Collaborate with designers to develop new product designs, ensuring that they are safe and appropriate for babies
6. Work with suppliers to procure raw materials and ensure that they meet quality standards
7. Develop and implement production policies and procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
8. Manage production budgets, including expenses related to staffing, equipment, and materials
9. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase productivity
10. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including safety standards for baby toys
11. Maintain accurate records of production data and reports, including production rates, downtime, and quality metrics
