Production Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement production strategies, plans, and objectives to achieve company goals and meet customer demands
2. Ensure proper inventory management at all warehouses to prevent stockouts
3. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production performance and identify areas for improvement
4. Manage and optimize production resources, including ingredients, packaging materials, raw materials, and b2b couriers, to maximize efficiency and productivity
5. Collaborate with our manufacturing partners, suppliers, and packaging vendors to plan and implement timely and quality production processes and address any issues or bottlenecks
6. Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain product standards, and quality packaging and reduce defects or damages to products
7. Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement, and lead initiatives to implement changes
8. Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet changing customer demands or unexpected disruptions
9. Analyse production data and generate regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and cost control
10. Visit the partner manufacturing facilities and warehouses once a month and as and when required
11. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in production management
12. Carry out any other supply-chain-related tasks/responsibilities required by your role
