Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor production systems and applications, identify and troubleshoot issues
2. Work with the IT team to deploy new software releases and updates
3. Collaborate with the operations team members to ensure timely resolution of issues
4. Document and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions
5. Participate in after-hours support rotation

Other requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,30,000 /year
