Key responsibilities:

1. Leading the research and product development team
2. Managing the team and marketing activities
3. Creating content and keeping the team intact
4. Conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the sales department wherever possible
5. Managing and leading the program
