1. Design the overall vision, strategic direction, and plan of action for the program in the short-term and long-term
2. Lead and execute recruitment, mobilizing and engaging volunteers (colleges, corporates, and communities) in outreach, supporting parents and advocacy
3. Lead and support the setting up of partnerships with leaders, volunteers, institutions, and organizations towards maximizing outreach of the act and effective support for eligible parents till the admission
4. Support outreach to potential channels to create mass awareness among potential beneficiaries
5. Identify, invest, and onboard leaders and supporters (individuals, institutions, and organizations) from various regions to strengthen the collective effort
6. Design and lead strategic and operational aspects of management systems, tools, data capturing tools used in the program
7. Lead effort to bring in systemic change by working with partner organizations, government stakeholders, and key influencers
8. Create exciting, powerful content - texts, scripts, mail drafts, social media captions, etc. and assist the team in program goals
Requirements:
1. Minimum of one-year experience in project management and working in a team is preferable
2. Prior experience in the non-profit sector/working with government officials would be an advantage
3. Prior volunteering and/or experience in field work is mandatory
4. Any graduate (social work preferred)
5. Go-getter, ability to strategize and implement outcome-oriented programs with relevant resource teams
6. Strong mobilizer who can invest and onboard supporters and partners across institutions and organizations
7. Strong documentation and analytical skills to create strategies and analyze data
8. Willingness to travel frequently - across districts in Tamil Nadu
9. Good influencing skills, people engagement, networking, and listening skills
10. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil
