Program Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing relationships with the client
2. Owning the operational execution of the program
3. Enhancing programs for potential NGOs/NPOs/government organizations who could benefit from counseling by working closely with the clinical team
4. Measuring data to improve performance and redesign the program
5. Managing the team of mental health professionals working on various programs
6. Creating reports to measure the impact
7. Working with a clinical team to organize training for mental health professionals
8. Guiding other program managers (if any)

Required:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
2. 1-3 years of work experience in a client-facing role
3. Experience working with NGOs/NPOs/social impact companies is a plus
4. Should have the ability to quantify the impact (being data oriented)
5. Open to doing field visits
6. A go-getter attitude
7. Being an Ashoka fellow/Young India fellow/TFI fellow will be a plus
8. Ability to speak multiple languages (North Indian/South Indian)
