1. Conduct project administration duties including the coordination of events, event planning, participant invites and registrations, materials preparation, materials distribution, and all tracking of event details
2. Maintain records of all documents and correspondence related to projects
3. Track and monitor project activities
4. Produce, review and distribute reports
5. Support the project manager to deliver on time & on budget
6. Act as a point of contact for clients, as required
7. Gather and analyze information to support project development and project implementation
8. Build a team of volunteers, paid interns, and full time team
9. Partnership Management: Develop and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, social sector organizations, colleges/institutions/universities, NGOs, government agencies bodies, etc.
