1. Conduct project administration duties, including the coordination of events, event planning, participant invites and registrations, materials preparation, materials distribution and all tracking of event details
2. Maintain records of all documents and correspondence related to projects
3. Track and monitor project activities
4. Produce, review and distribute reports
5. Support the project manager to deliver on time & on budget
6. Act as a point of contact for clients, as required
7. Gather and analyze information to support project development and project implementation
8. Build a team of volunteers, paid interns, and full-time team
9. Work on partnership management - develop and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, social sector organizations, colleges/institutions/universities, NGOs, government agencies bodies, etc.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Masters degree in social work/rural development
2. Strong communication skills
3. Organizational skills, including ability to work independently and take initiative
4. Excellent computer skills
5. Management skills, budget skills, and reporting skills
6. Good monitoring and evaluation skills, accountability skills, coordination skills
7. Good analytical skills and attention to detail
8. flexible, highly motivated self-starter
9. Fluency in written and spoken English & local language
10. Having knowledge in the agricultural sector is preferred
