Project Coordinator Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan the delivery of the project(s) following the goals and objectives.
2. Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the project.
3. Conduct collection drives and IEC activities
4. Build a network of scrap dealers to increase the collection of high-quality textile waste
5. Connect with textile waste recyclers, thrift stores and down cycles in Madhya Pradesh
6. Periodically visit different project sites to gather inputs to build the monitoring framework, perform field testing of the framework, and provide feedback.
7. Monitoring the project activities regularly and recommend changes to enhance the program
8. Monitor various project expenditures and ensure financial discipline.
9. Communicate with different stakeholders to gain community support for the project
10. Engage volunteers for appropriate program activities using established volunteer management practices.
