Our company is 90+ years old master in jewelry, we are in the transition phase and we are implementing systems and policies, and upgrading our services and offerings. Moving from owner driven to a more organized people-driven setup. I have formed a team of 5 people who will run all other departments apart from marketing and sales. These people and you will be expected to just work on growth-related tasks, no routine work. I am heading marketing and sale for now. All of these 5 people are good in their respective domains but when it comes to planning to the detail, I am doing that job myself.
Key responsibilities:
1. Strategizing, planning, and managing all types of projects in the company
2. Presenting the final copy to the concerned team
3. Finishing and executing everything after getting approval
