PRT English Teacher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan and implement engaging English lessons tailored to the primary curriculum
2. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning
3. Utilize a variety of teaching tools and techniques to enhance student understanding
4. Assess and evaluate student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed
5. Encourage students to participate in discussions and express their thoughts orally and in writing
6. Develop educational materials and resources that cater to diverse learning styles
7. Establish clear objectives for each lesson and communicate them to the students
8. Support students in their academic and personal growth
9. Incorporate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences
10. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a holistic educational experience
11. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and training
12. Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities
13. Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs of students
14. Inspire a love for reading and writing among students

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
2. Teaching certification or equivalent qualification
3. Minimum 1 years of teaching experience in a similar role
4. Strong understanding of primary education pedagogy
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Ability to engage and motivate young learners
7. Experience with instructional technology and digital tools
8. Capability to develop instructional materials independently
9. Strong organizational and time management skills
