Psychologist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Connect/communicate with customers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis via call/message to create specific and achievable goals that help them achieve their long-term goals related to health, wellness, and lifestyle
2. Document customer interactions, including phone calls and messaging and tracking health metrics
3. Conduct health assessments, develop individualized treatment/counseling plans, lead individual or group therapy sessions, run preventative wellness classes or workshops, and make treatment referrals (if needed)
4. Maintain the confidentiality of the patients and ensure patient privacy
5. Work on creating content for relevant blog posts and content emails for our customers
6. Work on updating daily numbers in the excel sheet and publishing the EOD/weekly and monthly reports
7. Make appropriate, timely, and safe decisions on the management plan of the beneficiaries/customers

Qualifications:

1. MSc in counseling psychology; MSc in psychology preferred
2. Postgraduate diploma in counseling psychology
3. Bachelor s degree in psychology

2. Stays up to date with current research and trends
3. Organized, detail-oriented team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong communication skills - writing, typing, and phone
5. Must be open to feedback and have a desire to continuously learn and grow
6. Effective decision-making skills
7. Should be proficient in Hindi and English mandatory
8. Experience: minimum 1 year of experience in health/wellness counseling
9. The job applicant should be flexible to work & knowledge of and experience with basic techniques of statistical analysis
