Purchase Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source new suppliers & vendors
2. Visit supplier plants & stores to inspect materials & suppliers
3. Prepare purchase orders, vendor coordination, and accounts payables
4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery of orders
5. Review & resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors
6. Maintain strong databases for all required materials
7. Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers
8. Compare & evaluate offers from suppliers
9. Build and maintain relationships with vendors
10. Coordinate with the internal team to monitor inventory and determine supply needs

Desired profile:

1. 0-2 years experience in the relevant field
2. Languages preferable: English, Kannada & Hindi
3. Good analytical and logical skills
4. An effective communicator with good people skills
5. Any degree qualification with good Excel knowledge
6. Male candidates only
