We are a health-technology company, offering a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for healthcare providers and patients. We are dedicated to transforming the healthcare ecosystem by developing cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance patient-physician-provider connectivity and revolutionize the way healthcare is delivered.
We are looking for hands-on Python-Flask developers, who can support the operations of the SaaS platform we have developed. The candidate must have working experience working in Python-Flask, MySQL, and AWS.
Key responsibilities:
1. Resolve issues reported by front-end teams or users in the backend system
2. Triage issues quickly and communicate effectively to stakeholders on the reported issues and resolution
3. Identify improvement areas in the system proactively and make the required changes in the system with guidance from senior team member
4. Take complete ownership of the assignment and self-managed
Skills & Requirements:
1. At least 3 projects experience in designing and developing web applications using Python Flask/Django
2. Having really good experience working (SQL, Data Modeling) on Relational databases like MYSQL/SQL server, etc.
3. Having a good understanding of code management tools like Git, CI/CD deployment practices, and automation
4. Exposure to cloud technologies like - AWS/Google etc.
5. Ability to triage issues quickly and communicate effectively to stakeholders on the reported issues and resolution

Annual CTC: 3 - 3.6 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 85%
2. Variable component: 15%
