About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Writing and testing code, debugging programs, and integrating applications with third-party web services
2. Building highly responsive web applications that align with our business needs
3. Developing back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
4. Integrating user-facing elements into applications
5. Testing and debugging programs
6. Improving the functionality of existing systems
7. Implementing security and data protection solutions
8. Assessing and prioritizing feature requests
9. Coordinating with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi and neighboring cities

2. Only graduates and postgraduates of computer science/engineering or a related field or B. Tech/M. Tech are required

3. Should have experience using server-side logic and work well in a team

4. Prior work experience as a Python developer

5. Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask, or Pyramid)

6. Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 25,000 - 33,333 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 4.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
