Key responsibilities:

1. Learn and participate in Agile development methodology
2. Learn and participate in the software development life cycle
3. Act according to task prioritization and deliver on commitments with a sense of urgency
4. Understand the scope with the help of senior engineers and drive the task to completion after being given an introduction
5. Test the code and functionalities developed and thoroughly verify that the functionality conforms to the requirements
6. Write unit tests, sometimes with help from more senior engineers, and participate in code reviews
7. Gain context within the team's domain, practices, and processes with help from more senior engineers and colleagues
8. Learn about code and development best practices
9. Seek feedback from their teammates and manager, and use the feedback as a tool for growth

Salary

Probation:

3. Other incentives: 5%
