Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze possible reasons for product defects and quality lapses
2. Develop inspection and testing protocols for materials, products, and packaging
3. Develop methods for the testing quality of materials, products, and packaging
4. Develop product and process quality metric reports
5. Develop sampling plans for quality control purposes
6. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are aligned with regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and the organization's policies
7. Implement plans and strategies to support the provision of safe food products
8. Inspect facilities, equipment, products, or production lines to ensure food is prepared according to safety regulations and situational health sections
9. Lead quality and food safety-related audits

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%
