Key responsibilities:

1. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
2. Meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
3. Work on acting as a intermediator between property sellers and prospective buyers to broker property deals
4. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
5. Reach out to customer through follow up
6. Work proactively towards the product development by attracting the clients and convincing them who visiting the site
7. Handle customer queries for better customer satisfaction

Client Interaction Client Relationship English Proficiency (Spoken)

Learn Business Communication

Other requirements

Candidates with real estate experience preferred

Looking for someone who is immensely exceptional, smart and young result oriented

Candidates with go getter attitude

Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Candidates should have experience & background of selling & buying of real estate properties

Good marketing skills to enable them to present a persuasive picture of a property, in person and on paper

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
