About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
2. Meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
3. Work on acting as a intermediator between property sellers and prospective buyers to broker property deals
4. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
5. Reach out to customer through follow up
6. Work proactively towards the product development by attracting the clients and convincing them who visiting the site
7. Handle customer queries for better customer satisfaction

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 - 18,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 3.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
