About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Generate real estate leads for purchase/lease/investments, etc.
2. Serve assigned customers to get their dream homes, offices, retail showrooms, etc.
3. Handle the field survey of different South Mumbai locations & smart communication to generate real estate supply
4. Work on creating powerful teamwork with result-oriented approach

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

2. Candidates with MBA/BBA (marketing & sales) based in South Mumbai would be preferred

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 3.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
