Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote residential plots including HMDA and DTCP
2. Identify and engage potential buyers through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts
3. Guide clients through the sales process including preparing offers, negotiating terms, and managing contracts
4. Reach sales targets and aspire to succeed in the real estate industry
5. Foster and maintain relationships with clients, builders, and industry partners to drive referrals and repeat business
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure client satisfaction
