We are urgently hiring 'Sales Telecaller' position.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handling database/cold calling and tele-counseling and lining up walk-ins in the office or site visit, etc.
2. Following up on client leads for the sale of properties
3. Handling client's inquiries and servicing customers' needs
4. Expertly handling issues in the real estate industry, prices, competitors, market conditions, etc.
5. Maintaining and progressing an active sales pipeline of prospect clients
6. Contributing to the major goals of the company in uplifting sales/revenues
7. Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
8. Collaborating with the team to achieve better results
9. Providing excellent service to the customers to make property investment a delightful experience
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities
Experience: 1 to 2 years in sales telecalling - real estate industry knowledge or relevant experience preferred
An immediate joiner would be preferable
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Language: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 5%
3. Other incentives: 15%
Location: Wanowrie, Pune
