Receptionist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on front office management
2. Greet customers/clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
3. Work on EPBAX handling (attending incoming/outgoing phone calls in a professional manner)
4. Work on supervising administration-related activities including housekeeping, security, and office equipment
5. Handle purchasing of stationary, papers, computer, and scanner and prepare purchase orders and configuration regarding computers
6. Look after and handle all office equipment like fax, scanner, printer, EPABX, etc.
7. Work on ordering groceries, and stationeries accordingly and maintaining the stock of all such items
8. Get the bill cleared from the accounts
9. Handle visitors
10. Provide information to the outsiders
11. Work on courier entry/receiving of bills
12. Maintain a register for all incoming and outgoing couriers
13. Send delivery of incoming couriers to the right person
14. Work on normal administrative paper works
15. Work on general administrative facilities of the reception. ( eg: first aid box, newspapers, magazines)
16. Provide excellent customer service
