Key responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff with inquiries
2. Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
3. Maintain visitor logs and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
4. Address customer and staff complaints professionally
5. Mediate minor disputes and escalate major issues to the management
6. Ensure quick resolution of any operational concerns
7. Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained
8. Assign daily tasks and inspect completed work
9. Handle housekeeping supply requisitions and inventory
10. Record daily sales transactions and report revenue
11. Maintain purchase records and verify invoices
12. Track payments and coordinate with vendors as needed
13. Monitor and update stock levels of office and housekeeping supplies
14. Place orders for required inventory and ensure timely restocking
15. Keep records of stock usage and minimize wastage
16. Assist in clerical work like data entry, report preparation, and documentation
17. Support management in organizing meetings and events
18. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
