Key responsibilities:
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Scheduling interviews, sourcing/screening candidates, and facilitating background screenings
2. Sourcing candidates through telephonic and direct interviews
3. Following up with the selected candidates for further procedures
4. Working on joining and exit formalities
5. Working on employee engagement
6. Coordination with the marketing team
7. Working on coordination with the business development team
8. Working on coordination with the management team

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 14,000 /month

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
