About the job

Responsibilities:
1. Curate and update job descriptions
2. Sourcing and profile analysis
3. Craft recruiting emails and messages to attract passive candidates
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
5. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
6. Prepare and distribute assignments and aptitude tests
7. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
8. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
9. Answer queries about compensation and benefits
10. Participate in job fairs, campus recruitments and host in-house recruitment events

Requirements:
1. Should be able to adapt to Start-up culture.
2. Should have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
3. Must have relevant experience.
4. Effective time-management abilities.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
