Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate qualifications. You will also be responsible for coordinating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, as well as negotiating job offers with potential candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
