As a recruiter sales (real estate company) you will be responsible for generating sales leads, initiating sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services to potential customers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct inbound & outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists.
2. Recruit more freelancers and attach to the company.
3. Identify and qualify sales opportunities through active listening and probing questions.
4. Effectively communicate product/service information, pricing, and promotional offers to prospects.
5. Handle objections and address concerns to convert prospects into customers.
6. Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential sales opportunities.
7. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
8. Present and explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
10. Assist head of sales and arrange directors meeting.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Proven experience in tele sales, tele calling, recruiting or a similar sales role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
4. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
5. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
10. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
11. Relevant experience in real estate.
