Recruitment Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the full cycle recruitment process within the human resources department
2. Sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions across the organization
3. Working closely with hiring managers and hr business partners to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to deliver a positive candidate experience
2. Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
3. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment or a similar role
4. In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and best practices
5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
6. Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with stakeholders
7. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
