Recruitment Specialist (HR) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, career fairs, social media, and referrals
2. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit and qualification for the role
3. Collaborate with hiring managers and team leaders to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
4. Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage the recruiting process and maintain candidate data
5. Manage and coordinate the recruitment process from posting to offer acceptance stage
6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
7. Evaluate job applications and resumes to identify fit based on skills and experience
8. Prepare employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates
9. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal teams

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field (any graduate)
2. Experience in recruiting and sourcing highly skilled candidates in fast-paced environments
3. Freshers may also apply
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
5. Demonstrated ability to source and attract top talent through effective recruitment strategies
6. Strong organizational and project management skills
7. Knowledge of recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and screening job applicants
