The incumbent will be assigned partner bank branches and will be responsible for achieving the insurance sales target mapped to the bank branch. The sales of Insurance would happen through bank customers. No cold calling would be required.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage relationship with the branch manager/lead generators of the assigned bank branch
2. Motivate the lead generators to cross-sell life insurance product to the bank customers
3. Identify and communicate the training needs of the branch staff, and ensure training completion with the help of the training managers
4. Meet the walk-in customers of the branch and identify insurance needs
5. Schedule and complete appointments with the bank customers, and cross-sell/up-sell life insurance
Graduation in any stream with a valid degree certificate is mandatory
Min six months' experience in any sales is mandatory
Must possess a two-wheeler/should be ok to purchase one upon confirmation of opportunity
Possess good communication skills
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
