Relationship Manager - Direct Sales Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve the set business targets on ANP and case count
2. Acquire new customers through following - leads, natural market, references & orphan base
3. Fix meetings with the prospects to conduct need analysis and explain products
4. Implement and adhere to a need-based selling model
5. Up-sell & cross-sell the orphan base of customers allocated
6. Work on ensuring timely issuance of policies by resolving pending, etc.
7. Render prompt post-sales service to all allocated customers with respect to all domains
8. Adhere to the customer touch-point engagement in order to service his portfolio of customers
9. Work on maintaining the desired persistency ratio
10. Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering business
11. Work collectively with the supervisor and conduct joint sales call whenever required
12. Develop and implement short term and long term plans to achieve sales targets
