About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Deal with fixed-income instruments such as NCDs, state loans (SDLs), and Gsecs
2. Develop and manage strong relationships with institutional clients such as retirement funds, corporate treasuries, wealth managers, and family offices as per the allocation
3. Assist the desk head with market information and other data as and when required
4. Identify new investors and corporates to invest in debt instruments
5. Demonstrate relevant domain knowledge and constant updation of the same
6. Keep track of micro as well as macroeconomic events such as monetary policies and their impact on the markets and interest rates
7. Contribute to team revenue targets
